The conference on “Projecting the port of the future: Presentation of the Fourth Strategic Plan 2021-2025” of the Port of Barcelona was be held on Tuesday 27th April from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. CEST and served to present an analysis and roadmap of what the port will be like in the short, medium and long term on the 2040 horizon.

Jordi Torrent, Head of Business Strategy, and Carles Rua, Head of Innovation, talk live about the new social, economic and environmental challenges facing the Port of Barcelona. Mercè Conesa, President of the Port of Barcelona, opens the event.

They explain the general lines of how the Port of Barcelona will be consolidated as a logistics hub and how, with blue economy and innovation as a basis for action, the Port of Barcelona will meet its IV Strategic Plan 2021-2025.
