Veronica Chan joined the Port of London Authority as its senior advisor on air quality and climate change at the beginning of 2020. Prior to this, she had years of experience on atmospheric chemistry and climate related studies. Veronica leads work on the implementation of the PLA's Air Quality Strategy for the tidal Thames to reduce the harmful emissions to air from marine sources within the tidal River Thames. She is also responsible for the organisation's adaptation in response to climate change.
